Dermal Fillers

Dermal fillers are injected under the skin to "plump up" contour issues and smooth wrinkles, lines and hollow areas in the face; as well as to augment the lips or cheeks for a younger, fuller appearance. We provide the following fillers:

Juvéderm™
Touted as the "next generation" of facial fillers, Juvéderm™ injectable gels gently smooth wrinkles and folds around the mouth and nose and restore a youthful volume to the face. Made with hyaluronic acid, a natural substance found in the body that works with collagen and elastin to provide volume and support to the skin, Juvéderm™ is especially effective on smile lines and "parentheses" (nasolabial folds) that run from the bottom of the nose to the sides of the mouth, as well as the marionette lines that run down from the corner of the mouth. Juvederm was the first hyaluronic acid (HA) gel and the only HA dermal filler approved by the FDA. Treatment time varies depending upon areas being treated, results are immediate results and there is virtually no downtime. Results typically last about 9 months or longer.

Radiesse™
Radiesse™ is a synthetic injectable filler that reduces wrinkles, creases and scars by augmenting the body’s natural collagen supply. It can be used on many areas of the body, including the lips, nasolabial folds, and peri-oral lines such as the marionette lines, depressed scars and oral commissures. Treatments time varies depending upon areas being treated. Results are visible immediately after the injection and can last for many months or years, although the procedure can be repeated as often as needed within certain guidelines.

Microdermabrasion

Microdermabrasion improves mild to moderate sun damage, scarring, wrinkles and other superficial skin problems. A gentle stream of tiny particles delivered from the machine exfoliates (removes) the outer layer of skin providing a fresh, glowing, younger appearance. Only a small amount of very superficial skin is removed, so sensitive areas such as the face, chest, neck, arms and hands can be treated. Results are comparable to a light chemical peel and should be immediately visible. Microdermabrasion is often performed in conjunction with other skin renewal procedures, such as chemical peels BOTOX® Cosmetic or dermal fillers. Multiple treatments are recommended for full effect.

Chemical Peels
